Do I have to make an appointment?
Yes, we only accommodate ladies who have made an appointment to enable us to maintain safe distancing as best we can.

Are your items in stock or do you order them?
All of our dresses and accessories in the shop are stock which means you can take them away with you the same day.
If I like an outfit but need the brides approval, will you hold it for me?
We are unable to set aside without a non-refundable deposit so we recommend that you bring the bride with you. We have so much stock that it will not be a wasted journey. We cannot stress this enough as we see so many ladies who return with the bride to find their favourite outfit has been sold.
What sizes do your dresses come in?
Our outfits range from 8-28 and a small selection of 6/30.
How much are your dresses and outfits?
Our Mother of the bride and groom outfits start around £199.
Do you offer an alteration service?
We have 2 independent, experienced tailoresses who we recommend who will fit your garment to your requirements. This is a frequently used service as we are all different shapes, sizes and heights.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, a £150 deposit secures your purchase and weekly/monthly instalments are then possible for up to 2 months. We charge no interest/fees for this service.
Do you hire outfits or hats?
No, all of our items are for sale only. Some items may require alteration to ensure a perfect fit and that just wouldn’t be possible on hire.
Should I wear tights to try on?
Yes, it is a good idea to wear nude tights – not black!
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is plenty of street parking in front of Dressini but there is a very reasonably priced public car park on the one-way system if needed.
What is your returns policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless goods do not comply with the Consumer rights act. This does not affect your statutory rights. We check that our dresses are perfect before leaving the store.
