Firstly, do not be deterred by the word “Appointment”. There is absolutely no pressure but it is guaranteed that you will require assistance of some kind. We are here to make your visit easy, enjoyable and successful.
We are a busy store and therefore we operate a strict appointment system to ensure we can assist with your requirements.
As we are extremely busy at this time, we ask that each customer only brings 1 guest. Please therefore carefully consider who to bring. Clearly it is not advisable to bring children. They become bored very easily and other customers need to enjoy their experience as much as you. If you need to bring a pram, please advise us so that we can plan where to position it, so as not to block off rails of clothes.
We pride ourselves on our friendly, non-pressurised environment. Our staff are very experienced, they are not on commission and this ensures genuine advice is given at all times.
We accommodate sizes 6-12 on our first floor and sizes 14-28 on our ground floor. For this reason, we need to know your size when booking appointments. (It is prudent for us to inform you that our sizes generally run small so please anticipate that when considering sizes.)
Anyone requiring headwear or shoes should request a 30-45 minute appointment to guarantee that a staff member can be available to organise your options as the bulk of our accessories are stored off the shop floor. It is also advisable to bring in your outfit to allow us to colour match effectively.
